We use a Chiropractic approach to assess, diagnose and treat neuro-musculoskeletal problems safely and effectively, empowering people to build their capacity to engage in the things that are most important to them in life, sport or work.

We use contemporary, evidence-informed techniques. Using an integrated approach supports consistent results, allowing us to get our patients the best results, in the safest and fastest way possible.

Evidence Informed Techniques

The focus of sports chiropractic is to provide care in the conservative management, rehabilitation and performance optimisation of the neuromusculoskeletal system.

Our multimodal treatment approach includes: manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue therapies, shockwave therapy, rehabilitation and other movement/exercise therapies, nutritional advice, strapping and bracing and other related approaches.

These techniques are applied to injury management in the form of acute, subacute and chronic injury as well as in the prevention of injury and the optimisation of athletic performance through the pursuit of the highest efficiency in neuromusculoskeletal functioning.

We focus on improving mobility, stability and strength using a combination of manual adjustment, soft tissue therapies and rehabilitation exercises in our fully equipped strength and conditioning gym.

We provide a multi-disciplinary sports injury care environment to achieve the best results for you – including providing tailored rehabilitation programming.

Rehabilitation Programming

Striving to enhance athletic performance comes with the challenge of avoiding injuries.

Injury prevention is a multifaceted endeavour that encompasses more than just proper exercise technique; it is a delicate balance of execution, load management, and an understanding of movement variability.

Our 6-week strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation programs, written by Sports Chiropractor and Strength and Conditioning professional Aaron Hennessy, are designed to enhance athletic performance while minimising the risk of injury. . Aaron also collaborates with local coaches and gyms to ensure appropriate modifications are available for our patients whilst training through injury.

Our programs can be designed for pre/post surgery rehabiliation, for managing an injury and for improving athletic performance, allowing you to train safely and effectively through your rehabilitation period with expert guidance

This comprehensive approach ensures that each client receives personalised care, leading to optimal health and performance outcomes.
